These terms govern your use of DittoLoans website, enquiry forms and advisor-assisted loan marketplace services.

Marketplace Role
DittoLoans is a loan marketplace and advisory support platform. We help customers compare and apply for products offered by banks, NBFCs and other authorised lending partners. DittoLoans does not lend directly and does not make final credit decisions.
Loan approval, amount, rate, tenure, fees, documents and disbursal timelines are subject to the relevant lender's policy and verification process.

Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and current information, including identity, income, employment, bank, property and existing loan details when requested. You must not submit false documents or misleading information.

Share documents only when you are authorised to do so
Review lender terms before accepting any offer

Eligibility and Offers
Any eligibility check, quote, comparison, estimated EMI or indicative offer shown by DittoLoans is informational. It is not a sanction letter, commitment to lend or promise of approval.

Fees and Third-Party Charges
Lenders may charge processing fees, documentation charges, insurance premiums, valuation charges, legal charges or other fees according to their policy. DittoLoans will communicate known charges where available, but customers should confirm the final Key Facts Statement, sanction letter and agreement before proceeding.

Communication Consent
By submitting your details, you consent to being contacted by DittoLoans through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email or other channels for loan eligibility, documentation and application support. You may request to stop marketing communication by contacting us.

Prohibited Use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent details, copy website content without permission or use DittoLoans services for unlawful activity.

Limitation of Liability
DittoLoans is not responsible for lender credit decisions, declined applications, changes in lender pricing, delays caused by third parties or losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
